Folk Mat & Möten organizes conferences for visitors in Malmö and has extensive experience in meeting all needs in terms of technology and service. We have rooms in several different sizes where you can book conferences for a few up to hundreds of people. Our tastefully decorated spaces can be used for many purposes in addition to conferences. You can also book them for lectures, exhibitions and other creative events. During the break you can take some fresh air on the roof terrace. For group sessions, it’s not necessary to book group rooms Our foyer has furniture that is furnished in groups.

Inspiring food
at the conference
At Folk Mat & Möten it is possible to get good coffee or tea as well as fruit and cakes. If you need a more nutritious diet, there is also the popular restaurant MAT, where lunch is served with regional ingredients.
The goal is to create a sustainable business, which means that the restaurant minimizes all food waste and other environmental impact. All bread served is daily fresh thanks to our own bakery, where everything from crispbread, breakfast buns and coffee bread is made with fine ingredients.
